Which member of my team is notified in the case of a successful recovery?

All collaborators can be notified of a successful collection, provided you  add them to your Respaid interface .

Once all steps are completed, each of your collaborators will receive an email containing a password, enabling them to log into the interface.

As a result, you will receive the same notifications throughout the recovery process. Consequently, you will have access to the same information, including the status of a recovery.

However, you can stop receiving notifications about case follow-ups while maintaining your account access. To do this, simply disable the notification option from your Respaid dashboard by following these steps:

1- Click on the profile icon and select "Profile Settings"

2- Go to "Preferences" and toggle the "Email Notifications" option on or off
