When a Batch is in “completed” status, what happens next?

When a file is in “Completed” status, it means that all scheduled notifications have been sent to the debtor, such as emails, SMS and voicemails.

However, we will continue to contact the debtor by phone to reach out to him. It's just the scheduled notifications that these debtors will no longer receive.
