For each start of amicable collection or recovery , the creditor certifies :
Inform Respaid immediately if the debt has been paid directly to you, so that collection costs can be deducted automatically. Otherwise, the lawyer procedure will take its course with your debtor.
That personal information such as invoice(s), identity and contact details of debtors be used for amicable communication (emails, SMS and voice messages | depending on the options chosen) conducted by the lawyer.
