Why was my account rejected?

If your account has been rejected, it's simply because Stripe has determined that your account violates the terms of use of the service.

As a result, any payments from the debtor's side as well as transfers from your connected account will be blocked.

To rectify this situation, please log in to your dashboard and then proceed to the "View My Stripe Account" link to appeal this rejection and provide the necessary documents for reactivation.

It will redirect you to a form on your Stripe Dashboard that will allow you to provide more information about your company.
