How to cancel a collection?

You can stop a collection process by registering or cancelling a file directly from your dashboard. This will send an e-mail to the debtor confirming the closure of all actions taken against him/her.

Simply log in to your dashboard, search for the claim you wish to modify in the search bar, then follow the steps below.
