Have you received an email from your account manager informing you that your Stripe online account has been restricted?

My connected Stripe account is restricted. How can I reactivate my account?

This is good news, as it means that Stripe's banking partner is observing a significant number of transactions and would like to check the legitimacy of your account.

To proceed, you must provide an identification document or company document on the platform. These verifications can only be performed by you for security reasons.

Please access your Respaid interface and click on "View Stripe Account," which is visible on the logo at the bottom left of the screen. Follow the provided steps accordingly.

Additionally, in urgent cases, we can upload the document required by Stripe on your behalf.

In this situation, we invite you to email the document to be submitted to your Account Manager.

We want to assure you that we do not have access to your Stripe dashboard, and your account remains secure.

If your account is restricted, the funds held may be pending deposit until these documents are provided.

This restriction also applies to payments made through the payment link (one-time or installment).

As a result, you won't be able to initiate a collection or a recovery, send an invoice, or receive funds.

Once Stripe effectively verifies the documents provided by you, your account will be reactivated, and no further action will be required on your part.

Note: It is crucial to understand that Stripe’s document review is not done instantly. To avoid blocking incoming funds due to an expired deadline, please submit your documents as soon as possible.
