Fees for partial recovery?

Collection or recovery fees are calculated exclusively on the amounts actually recovered, and not on the entire original claim, in case of total non-payment.

Let’s take the theoretical example of a debt of $1,000, where the debtor has paid only $500. In this scenario, our commission is based only on the $500 actually recovered, in accordance with our policy that, in the case of a partial recovery, only amounts actually recovered are taken into account.
