When and until when are we the mandatary for the case?

• Amicable pre-collection : This phase includes the pre-launch of automatic amicable collection notifications, including telephone calls to the debtor. In this way, the collection process can begin even before the automatic notifications are launched. Consequently, if the debt is present on the dashboard and is in "scheduled" status, the creditor can already cancel or record a payment before notifications are launched.
• Recovery phase: After this first phase, the four automatic notification stages are launched and monitored for 20 days.

Once the status of a file has been changed to "completed", telephone calls may continue to be made, or negotiations initiated during the amicable collection phase may continue through outbound calls or emails. As a result, we hold the mandate for five months after a file is entrusted to us.
