What is a tax invoice?

Last updated February 17, 2024

Following a payment made via the payment link, in particular by credit card for collection or recovery purposes, an invoice is automatically generated. The corresponding direct debit is made directly, and the creditor receives the amount of the debt settled by the debtor, with collection fees deducted.

What is a tax invoice?

In this context, a tax invoice is sent out on the third day of each month, providing a summary of transactions and collection fees incurred during the previous period. This practice ensures transparency and traceability in the collection process, making it easier to manage company finances.

For deferred debit, this is done automatically the following month, covering the period previously invoiced.
