How to update the IBAN on the platform?

For security reasons, only you have the possibility to modify the IBAN associated with your connected account. However, we are here to guide you through the process.

Here are the steps to follow:

1. Access your Respaid dashboard : Log in to your Respaid dashboard using your login details. Once logged in, you will be directed to your dashboard where you can manage all the Respaid features.

2. Access your Stripe account : In your Respaid dashboard, look for the option "View Stripe account" under your company logo at the bottom left. You will be automatically redirected to your Stripe account page, where you will be prompted to log in.

3. Access your Stripe account settings : Once logged in to your Stripe account, locate the profile icon located at the top right of your screen. Click on this icon to access your account settings.

4. Update Respaid transfer details : Scroll down on the settings page of your Stripe account until you find the "Respaid Transfer Details" option. Click on it to view and edit the information related to your bank account (IBAN).

On the Respaid transfer details page, you will have the option to view and edit your IBAN on which you receive the funds. You have the option to add a new account or change the existing account.

Make sure to enter accurate and up-to-date banking information to avoid any issues during fund transfers.
