All email or SMS notifications include payment links or the link to the dedicated debtor page. The link contains an encrypted key for security and confidentiality reasons.

How to provide a link if the debtor customer does not have the link in his email ?

✨Here is a  generic link  to the debtor page, where the debtor can log in using the case reference (present in all notifications) and their email address or phone number.
