This is possible through the form available on the debtor page by following these steps:

"I have defenses to put forward" → "I am having financial difficulties" → "Payment installment over X months".

In this flow initiated by the debtor, the calculation of the number of installments is automatic and depends on the amount.

📌The lawyer's office can also initiate a payment installment plan following contact from the debtor.

Once the first installment has been paid, the payment method is saved and will be used for future installments.

If payment is not made within 3 days (automatic reminders systems are in place), then we resume the collection or recovery procedure.
