Why do we ask you to insert an IBAN?

The currently used International Bank Account Number (IBAN) on Stripe is specifically linked to your account Express Stripe.

Why do we ask you to insert an IBAN?

This means that:

Respaid cannot access this information as we do not have access to your Stripe account.

Therefore, when submitting your first A/R file, you have to provide us with your bank account details via Typeform in the designated field.

On our end, this information will be used to automatically deduct our fees for cases where payment was made directly to the creditor.

📌Please, make sure you provide your exact bank details in the Typeform to avoid any issues with incorrect fund transfers.
