If my customer requests proof, what is the procedure proposed by Respaid?

The debtor has the right to request proof of the debt claimed. This proof must provide: detailed information on the nature of the debt, its amount, its origins and any other elements required to verify the accuracy of the debt.

The request for proof can be made by the debtor directly through the study's platform.

You, as the creditor, will receive a notification email informing you of the dispute made by the debtor, and inviting you to go to your dashboard to respond directly.
