👉According to our policy and in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Use ( GTU ), once you successfully recover a debt, it should be considered settled, whether through the activation of a new license with you or the establishment of a payment plan. This settlement is considered recovered through our actions.

It is crucial to emphasize that the cancellation of a debt can only be considered if the debt is not eligible at the time of collection. Additionally, any changes in the amount must accurately reflect the actual financial situation.

We want to inform you that any attempt to manipulate debts once they have been effectively recovered is strictly prohibited according to our terms of use.

The same applies to the cancellation of a debt that has already been settled, for example, if it has been included in an established annual payment plan and settled by the customer at the time of collection.
