How to view the history of notifications sent to debtors?

To access the history of communications sent to customers, you have three methods:
1-Receiving a calendar of the 4 notifications (email + voice message) on the launch day.
2- Tracking through outgoing calls.
3- Real-time consultation from your dashboard :
- you can browse each individual case to view notes and status updates
- and associated invoice requests
In addition, you can respond directly by email to requests for invoices concerning each case.
This approach allows you to stay informed of all communications sent to customers and ensure effective management of interactions with them.
