How does Respaid invoice fees for partial recovery before the campaign launch date?

When it comes to partial recovery, Respaid does not take into account the campaign launch date when calculating collection fees.

For example, if a debt of a total amount of $300 is transmitted to us, of which $200 were settled before the start of the campaign, the billing basis remains on the total debt, which is $300.

On the other hand, if the debt is fully settled  before the start of the campaign, the file is considered "cancelled and already paid".
