If amicable collection fails, it becomes imperative to take more formal steps to recover the debt.

For lawyers, what procedures are in place if amicable collection or recovery fails?

By ensuring that :

  • Our billing tool is compliant with the RIN (National Internal Rules of the Legal Profession).
  • The amicable recovery or collection operated by our services is in accordance with the ethics imposed by your profession.
  • Recovery or collection does not impose a taxation project below $1500 of debt. In these cases, a draft payment order is proposed to the debtor.
