Who pays the Respaid fees?

In an amicable collection or recovery process, the collection fees (Respaid fees) are borne by the creditor.

In a judicial collection or recovery process, which occurs when the debt is subject to a court judgment or decision that orders the debtor to repay, the lawyer's fees remain the responsibility of the creditor. However, the lawyer's actions (procedural expenses) are added to the main debt. All of this is the responsibility of the debtor. Therefore, it is more cost-effective for a debtor to settle their debt before it becomes subject to legal action.
