How does Respaid select the reference date for the calculation of dynamic fees?

Last updated March 27, 2024

Respaid takes the file transmission date into account as the reference date. This date is used to calculate the age of the debt and, therefore, the associated fees.

How does Respaid select the reference date for the calculation of dynamic fees?

👉For example, if we receive a receivables file on 18/12/2023, with receivables whose oldest date is 28/09/2023, we will consider that the receivable has less than 3 months of seniority. Even in case of exceptionally delayed start-up, the reference date for the seniority calculation remains the file transmission date.

Note : As a rule, campaigns are launched within a maximum of three working days after file transmission. However, exceptional delays can occur, for example, due to public holidays.
