The link received by the debtor is a portal, where they can settle their debt or request payment facilities (installments, grace period, etc.).
Once the debtor clicks on the "Pay my debt" button, they are redirected to an online payment page where they can pay via Credit Card, Apple Pay, Link,...
In the event that the debtor believes there are valid reasons to dispute the debt, the debtor's link platform provides a means to submit these objections. This enables transparent communication between the debtor and the creditor and promotes a prompt and fair resolution of disputes.
