The Respaid model does not include lawyer fees or collection or recovery fees charged to the debtor:

-In the amicable phase, legislation does not require that collection or recovery fees be borne by the debtor. This means that a debtor is not obligated to pay these fees.

However, this option of transferring the lawyer's fees to the debtor's responsibility is possible in the litigation phase.

-Respaid has implemented this operational model to obtain crucial data for optimizing the rate of recovered debts. It has been observed that certain debtors are capable and willing to pay these fees.

However, it remains true that this configuration leads to disputes, which slows down the collection or recovery process. The consequence is an additional friction with the risk that the debtor may not settle the debt.
