How to: Download a Collection Report

Collection report or more precisely a recovery report, specifically generated for each campaign, is a document summarizing activities related to the recovery of unpaid debts or receivables. It typically includes information about received payments, outstanding amounts, actions taken to contact debtors, payment deadlines, etc.

The receivable table allows your teams to obtain a status of the collected cases to date, detailed fee breakdowns, any supporting evidence provided by the debtor(s), and thus facilitates lettering.

You can download this document from your Respaid dashboard.

Navigate to the Recovery tab → Export report.
