Should I provide the invoices and contracts?

In an amicable collection or recovery procedure, there's no need for you to supply the invoices or contracts. Your customers already possess them. We can therefore truly initiate your recovery without any integration.
If, at any point, you wish to discontinue sharing Excel files with us, we can arrange integration through your preferred method (API, SFTP, or HTTPS) to achieve full automation.
Once the collection or recovery process begins, you'll have the ability to monitor its status in real-time via a dedicated interface.
