How long are payment links active for?

An open collection or recovery case has an active payment link available as long as the debt is not settled, and this link remains active for 6 months.

Any ongoing collection or recovery case can be cancelled upon a simple request from the creditor. After cancellation, the payment link will no longer be accessible, but the case will remain in the creditor's dashboard for archiving purposes and the possibility of subsequent lettering.
