The follow-up of amicable collection cases can be consulted via the Respaid interface.

At the end of the collection period, a performance table is sent to the creditor, and we provide you with a detailed email report of our collection actions.

In case of failure of the amicable recourse, when a case cannot be fully settled, Respaid may propose an option to the creditor.
