How can I report to Respaid that only part of the debt has been paid by the debtor?

If you have proof of partial recovery, you have three ways to inform us:
1- Contact your account manager: ask your account manager to assist you in the process.
2-Reply to the collection or the recovery confirmation e-mail: You can also reply directly to the collection or the recovery confirmation e-mail you have received. This will enable us to consolidate the information and finalize the processing.
3-Redirect the debtor to our teams: as a last option, if you prefer to simplify the process, redirect the debtor to our teams. Thus, he can provide us with proof of payment, and we can take charge of the debtors as much as possible without impacting your customer support.
