Can Respaid collect all invoices?

All invoices are eligible, from the first unpaid invoice onwards, whatever your activity and whatever the status of your customer (individual or professional).

The amicable recovery or collection service is eligible as long as the creditor has attempted, unsuccessfully, to obtain payment of their debt from the debtor by sending an invoice.

This debt must necessarily be liquid, certain, and due.

The law imposes no minimum amount for launching a recovery or collection procedure. The limit will be the profitability of recovery or collection for the creditor. We have no minimum, however, the amount and nature of the claim will define the choice of actions to be taken with the debtor.
