What is the reason for the delayed payment and the non-receipt of processing fees in my Stripe account?

ACH direct debit payments are subject to a ACH mandate validation step by the customer's bank. As per estimates, this step can take between 4 and 14 working days, but on average, it lasts around 5 days.

Once the customer's bank has validated the mandate, Respaid initiates the transfer to your Stripe account immediately. The time required for the funds to appear in your bank account (bank transfer processing time) is typically 5 to 7 working days, whether it's for ACH direct debit payments or credit card payments.

It's important to note that Respaid never holds funds from transactions made on the platform.
