Will I be notified every time my debtor chooses to proceed with a payment installment?

When it comes to payment installments with your debtor, it's important to understand the notification process.

You only receive the collection or the recovery notification during the payment installment at the time of credit card activation. As a result, you do not receive monthly email informing you of the payment deadline.

After three unsuccessful direct debit attempts by the debtor, if the monthly due date fails, a dispute will be triggered. In this case :

  1. You will be immediately informed of the situation.
  2. We will take the initiative to contact the debtor, providing a new payment link to reactivate the installment. These actions are carried out manually by us, ensuring that all procedures are automatically updated.

To keep a close eye on the progress of your transactions, especially the transfer dates, you can consult your Dashboard👉Payouts, where the monthly payment transaction will be clearly displayed.

This will allow you to keep a watchful eye on the status of payments.
