How to send a one-time payment ?

Once the first monthly payment is made, you can be assured that automatic direct debit will be set up for the remaining installments. Only the firm can cancel the direct debit.

1- Go to your interface and click on "Create a monthly payment"

A personal note can be added, and the email is sent in your name with your logo.

-Then all you have to do is fill in the necessary information to finalize the sending of the invoice.

Monthly payments :
-Either you choose an indefinite duration
-Or you enter the number of months (The date of the last payment will be calculated)
The monthly payment will be active until you cancel it.

How to send a monthly payment?

You have two options on your dashboard for charging the costs to the customer.

You can download all your operations at any time.

It's quite simple! Just go to your Respaid dashboard.

How to export my operations ?

When an invoice is marked as paid, it is no longer accessible for payment via the payment link, and the associated payment notification in your Stripe account is automatically cancelled.

We suggest you return the invoice to your customer. When creating the invoice, you can set the frequency of reminders or disable them.

Who can cancel an invoice?

For a credit card payment with Respaid, it's important to be aware of the potential fees that may be applied.

Below, you will find the various fees that we charge on our end to provide you with complete transparency regarding our practices. Whether it's the applied percentage, fixed fees, or transfer fees, we aim to ensure you have a comprehensive understanding of the costs associated with credit card payments made through our platform.

: For every credit card payment made through our service, we apply a flat percentage fee of 1.85% on the total transaction amount. This means that for each transaction conducted, a commission of 1.85% will be deducted. For instance, if a payment of $100 is made, the transaction fee will amount to $1.85.

: In addition to the percentage mentioned earlier, we also impose a flat fee of $0.46 per credit card transaction. These flat fees are added to the percentage and apply regardless of the transaction amount. Therefore, for a $100 transaction, the flat fees will be $0.46, in addition to the $1.85 transaction fee.

: Transfer fees are also taken into account. We apply a percentage of 0.49% on the total payment amount to cover these fees.

: In addition to the percentage mentioned earlier, we also levy fixed transfer fees of $0.46 per credit card payment. These fixed fees are added to the percentage and cover the transfer costs associated with the transaction.

When you schedule a payment in multiple installments, you don't receive the entire balance
